    As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will be responsible to create layouts, drawings, and configurations of engine hardware and ground support equipment. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of design, analysis, assembly, testing and support of flight operations. Your passion for space vehicle support systems means you are committed to the necessary quality and attention to detail required to support human space flight. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.


    • Detail design of rocket engines routed systems and combustion devices
    • Integration of rocket engines into vehicles and test facilities
    • Develop 3-D models, assembly & detail drawings, and interface control documents
    • Assist with schedule and cost estimation
    • Identify opportunities for safety improvements and cost savings


    • Proficiency in Creo Modeling and Piping
    • CAD experience in Large Assembly Management
    • Knowledge of fabrication, integration processes and quality control relative to tubes/piping and machined components
    • Experience managing large CAD assemblies and associated drawings
    • Experience with ASME Y14.100, Y14.5, Y14.41
    • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum


    • 5+ years of experience designing/drafting steel and aluminum structural parts, components, or subsystems.
    • Proficiency in Creo Sheet Metal and Mechanism
    • Working knowledge of materials and treatments
    • Experience in working with complex piping systems
    • Working knowledge of fluid components such as valves, regulators, and fittings
    • Designing for manufacturing and assembly
    • Rocket engine structural and fluid systems experience
