As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will support the design, development, and fabrication for various spaceflight systems. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of production planning and analysis. This hands-on position requires strong communication, organization, planning, and project management skills. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.


  • Coordinate, maintain, communicate and drive the schedule to ensure on time delivery for areas of support.
  • Communicate and coordinate upcoming work center load (capacity planning) to functional support staff to anticipate resource needs.
  • Identify and communicate constraints in the production flow and work with area leads to discuss possible solutions.
  • Interface and communicate with internal customers for potential impact or delays in the schedule.
  • Coordinate with facilities as needed to incorporate preventative maintenance in the work center schedule.
  • Management of WO Instance from creation to completion with a high emphasis on data integrity and traceability.
  • Plan, monitor and manage material requirements and availability for production needs.
  • Monitor and identify material shortages and coordinate with procurement to place required purchases.
  • Working with internal and external suppliers for schedule updates
  • Participate and appraise areas for process improvements with area leads.
  • Effectively maneuver and generate reports within reporting systems (ERP/MRP, SQL database).
  • Develops and maintains a positive and professional relationship with customers and support departments to ensure open lines of communication in-service and education and improvement planning.
  • Research and parts status, tracking shipments using various company databases.


  • Minimum of a AA or Bachelor’s degree in business or 5 years commensurate professional experience
  • Ability to thrive in a high energy, high growth dynamic environment.
  • Experience with aerospace inventory and traceability records.
  • In depth understanding of the manufacturing environment and production planning and flow.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication skills are required.
  • Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
  • Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Two years of production schedule management experience.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software including MS Project.
  • Experience working with inventory and or database systems.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (current Green Card holder)


  • Bachelors degree in operations management
  • Three or more years of experience using MRP/ERP systems
  • Experience with Primavera scheduling software
  • Experience in a both development and production environments
