As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will be responsible for compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, internal mobility and perks. You will define and scale our total rewards strategy to ensure market competitiveness, alignment to our values and drive business performance.
As our total rewards subject matter expert and leader, you will partner with cross functional teams including Payroll, Accounting, IT, Recruiting, HR and business units to define and implement total rewards strategy and programs.
