As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will perform multiple NDT methods for various spaceflight systems. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of assuring part integrity, quality and life span. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.


  • Establish and maintain techniques to properly examine hardware, ensuring adherence to all safety and specification requirements
  • Perform inspections using Digital Radiographic Test (DRT) and Penetrant Test (PT)
  • Interpret inspection results and apply acceptance criteria identified on drawing or shop work order
  • Perform all necessary daily, weekly, monthly process control checks
  • Documentation and organization of inspection results
  • Interface/communicate with employees to describe inspection results
  • May provide guidance to other inspectors


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a certified Level 2 in Digital Radiography and Penetrant Testing
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (current Green Card holder)


  • Level 2 or substantive experience in phased array and shear wave (UT)
  • Experience in eddy current (ET)
  • Experience in low rate high mix production environment, preferably in aerospace
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes including welding, additive manufacturing, forging, casting and composites fabrication
