As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of learning professionals, you will use your expertise in emerging delivery methods to create full-spectrum learning offerings that develop leadership skills in all employees at Blue. Combining face-to-face classroom sessions with technology tools, you will deliver complex, learner-centric leadership programs with a focus on assessment and performance. You will work with a variety of instructional designers and subject matter experts to create informal, formal, and certification-track online and hybrid courses for highly technical (we build rockets, after all) and leadership topics. You should be comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced and often uncertain environment, contributing to innovative solutions, while demonstrating leadership, technical competence, and attention to detail. This position reports into the Human Resources team, and provides instructional design services to all areas of the organization.
